Prendre en compte la culture,

l'éducation, la religion, le langage formel et informel des analysés,

voilà bien une nécessité dont la plupart des thérapeutes non pas encore conscience.

Selon les mots et les intentions, selon les formules les énonciations ou le type d' associations libres:

Un même sequençage verbal peut avoir pour les uns ou pour les autres, une interprétation différente;

ce principe étant encore plus prégnant s'agissant de l'analyse des rêves.

Comme le dit la chanson:  Il y a les mots.. et les mots cachés derrière.

En SupraPsychanalyse, plus encore qu'en psychanalyse conventionnelle,

le langage de l'analysant, doit s'accorder avec le language de l'analysé pour définir une grammaire et un vocabulaire commun.

Le premier des vocabulaires, le plus universel, étant, l'inspire-expire,le souffle, en SupraPsychanalyse

nous démarrons toujours une séance, avant discussion, par une dizaine de minutes de respiration synchronisée, consciente, connectée;

par un travail de pranayama, reliant spirituellement les êtres présents au Supra.

Au-delà même du verbe jaillissant puis évanescent, notre méthode faisant sienne l'idée d'une unité fondamentale du psychisme humain,  peut être considérée aussi comme ethnopsychanalytique:

La barrière du langage, n'etant pas un obstacle insurmontable, une étrangeté limitante.

La méthode ethnopsychanalytique

L’ethnopsychiatrie a été construite à partir d’un principe méthodologique, c’est là une de ses originalités : « Le complémentarisme n’est pas une “théorie”, mais une généralisation méthodologique. Le complémentarisme n’exclut aucune méthode, aucune théorie valable, il les coordonne » (Devereux, 1972, p. 27). Il est vain d’intégrer de force dans le champ de la psychanalyse ou dans celui de l’anthropologie exclusivement certains phénomènes humains. La spécificité de ces données réside justement dans le fait qu’elles nécessitent un double discours qui ne peut être tenu simultanément, et qui conditionne l’obtention de données fiables. Mais la question posée alors est comment prendre successivement deux places différentes par rapport à l’objet sans réduire l’une à l’autre et sans les confondre. Un apprentissage de la décentration est ici nécessaire mais ardu.

Sur le plan théorique, il est un postulat sans lequel l’ethnopsychiatrie n’aurait pu se construire, c’est celui de l’universalité psychique, c’est-à-dire l’unité fondamentale du psychisme humain. De ce postulat découle la nécessité de donner le même statut (éthique mais aussi scientifique) à tous les êtres humains, à leurs productions culturelles et psychiques, à leurs manières de vivre et de penser, pour différentes et parfois déconcertantes qu’elles soient… (Devereux, 1970).
